Premium Farmhouse Cider

Our unfiltered Premium Farmhouse cider is a French style cider fermented with a champagne yeast. This cider delivers an effervescent apple bouquet upfront, tart notes in the middle, and a smooth, dry, finish.

  • 6.9% ABV. Naturally Gluten Free. 
  • Format: 12 oz cans, 1/6 barrel, 1/2 barrel

Saison Reserve Cider 

Our unfiltered Saison Reserve Cider combines our Farmhouse recipe with a rare strand of Belgian Saison yeast to create a complex aromatic palate of mild fruit flavors with just the right amount of spices.

Cran Mango Saison

This Belgian style cider is fermented with Saison Ale yeast and finished with cranberry and mango. 

  • 6.9% ABV. Naturally Gluten Free.

Winter's Cinn 

Our unfiltered Winter’s Cinn is made with a Bavarian Wheat yeast and is finished with cinnamon and a hint of spice. The yeast produces pear, plum and banana characteristics which are complimented with a subtle hint of clove and vanilla.

  • 6.9% ABV. Naturally Gluten Free.
  • Available: Annually November - January
  • Format: 12oz cans 1/6 barrels, 1/2 barrels

Queen of Tarts 

This Belgian style cider fruited cider fermented with a Belgian Saison Ale yeast and finished with cranberry and raspberry. This cider has an effervescent bouquet, mild tart notes and a fruity, semi-dry finish.

  • 6.9% ABV. Naturally Gluten Free.

One in a Melon

This Belgian style, fruited cider is fermented with a Belgian Saison Ale yeast and finished with watermelon puree. This cider has a tropical effervescence, mild tart notes and a fruity, semi-dry finish.

Special Releases

Cascade Hopricot 

Previously a Spring/Summer seasonal, our unfiltered Cascade Hopricot Hard Cider is a blend of our sweet cider made from 100% New York State apples and all natural apricot puree. It's fermented with a West Coast Ale Yeast and finished by dry hopping with New York State Cascade Hops. This yeast strain allows the tangy citrus hop flavors to really punch through. Enjoy the complex fruit profile and semi-dry, crisp, finish. 

  • 6.5% ABV. Naturally Gluten Free. 
  • Format: 500ML 12/case, 1/6 barrels, 1/2 barrels

Fall-N-Cherry 

Previously our Fall seasonal, our Fall-N-Cherry Hard Cider is a fusion of our classic cider with hickory maple & pecan smoked apples, cherries, & natural cherry juice. It’s fermented with a blend of Saison & Cider Yeast. Aged & conditioned in  charred Kentucky bourbon barrels for 6 weeks, this full-flavored, complex, cider offers a hint of whiskey, oak aroma, notes of caramel, pecan, hickory & vanilla with a moderately tart, semi-dry, cherry finish.  

  • 6.9% ABV. Naturally gluten free. 
  • Available: Annually September - November

Triple Brett Threat

SERIES SOLD BY THE CASE. EACH CASE INCLUDES 4 BOTTLES OF EACH FLAVOR. 12 - 5OOML BOTTLES I CASE. 6.9% ABV 

Flavor 1 - Saison Brett is fermented with a Saison Ale yeast harvested from our Saison Reserve Cider and Brettanomyces that was cultered and grown at Cider Creek. This cider has a funky brett nose, citrus, white pepper and earthy notes followed by a dry, sour, finish.

Flavor 2 - Little Boy Brett is a blueberry cider fermented with a nybrid of saison ale yeast and brettanomyces lambicus. After primary fermentation we finished this cider with a hint of cinnamon. This cider has a subtle blueberry nose, high intensity brett character with horsey, smokey and spicy notes followed by a dry, sour finish with a touch of apple and cinnamon. 

Flavor 3 - Cider Kriek is a cherry cyser fermented with a hybrid of saison ale yeast and brettanomyces lambicus. This cider has coriander floral and heavy pollen nose from the golden rod honey, intense brett character with horsey, smokey, and spicy notes followed by a dry but gentle sour cherry finish. 

  • 6.9% ABV. Naturally Gluten Free.
  • Available: Released and sold out February 2016.

Tres Dedos de Sidra

This is a blend of pineapple cider aged in Mescal barrels for 1 year and pineapple cider aged in 50 yr old Carribean Rum barrels for 1 year and finished with coconut hibiscus tea leaves. This cider will be released on Cinco de Mayo!

  • 6.9% ABV. Naturally Gluten Free.
