Today marks the 5th annual Local Craft Brewfest, hosted by Boston Local Food at the Moakley Courthouse in Boston's Seaport District. Cider Creek will be sampling our new Winter's Cinn Hard Cider, a seasonal winter brew. Much like our launch with our Premium Farmhouse Cider, Cider Creek is bringing another craft hard cider to the masses in Boston, first.
Our Winter's Cinn is made with a Bavarian Wheat yeast and finished with cinnamon and a hint of spice. The yeast produces pear, plum and banana characteristics which are complimented well with a subtle hint of clove and vanilla. Similar to all of our products, the Winter's Cinn is naturally sweetened and it's full-flavor but subtle, natural, sweetness will make you want to drink it all night long.
Other products that we are sampling today at the Moakley Courthouse between 6-9:3-p are our Premium Farmhouse Cider and our Saison Reserve Cider.
Our Premium Farmhouse Cider is made with a champagne yeast, its effervescent and delivers an aromatic apple bouquet. It's sweet and dry with a crisp clean finish.
Our Saison Reserve Cider is made with a rare strand of Belgian Saison yeast. It delivers an aromatic palate of mild fruit flavors with just a hint of spices, earthy undertones, moderate tartness and semi-dry sweetness.
