Thanks to the generosity of everyone who contributed to our KickStarter Campaign in April, Cider Creek Hard Cider was able to convert a barn on family farmland in NY into a craft cidery. (In case you're wondering, we hadn't quite settled on our name, but about a week after we shot our KickStarter video we settled on Cider Creek Hard Cider.)

Here is a sneak peek into a day in the life on the farm at Cider Creek Hard Cider's, cidery.

The day we shot this video, the Cider Creek team and volunteers were busy bottling up the first batch that would be available to consumers. We control our product from start to finish, from hand selecting our apples, to washing them, pressing them -- even bottling, labeling and packaging them.
